Sermorelin 10mg

Sermorelin is a 29 amino acid human growth hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH) analogue and it’s actually the shortest synthetic peptide with full GHRH biological activity. It’s considered a growth hormone secretagogue (GHS) which was initially developed only to test the secretion of GH.

What sermorelin essentially does is it mimics the hypothalamic peptide GHRH and acts directly on the pituitary gland stimulating the production of GH. It also increases the proliferation of somatotroph cells’ ability to secrete HGH.

What Is Sermorelin?

Sermorelin is a synthetic peptide designed to stimulate the production of HGH (human growth hormone). It’s one of many such peptides (compounds) designed in recent years in an attempt to bring growth hormone secretion back to normal. But the goal here is not just to stimulate growth hormone production, but do so while eliminating(minimizing) harmful side effects.

By increasing (or normalizing) HGH production with sermorelin, scientist will be able to:

  • reduce scarring after a heart attack
  • increase patient’s bone density
  • improve nutrition in some chronic illnesses
  • Reduce seizure and other brain issues

In the following paragraphs, we’re going to see how far we got and if studies were able to verify some of these claims.

Sermorelin and Sleep

Here, we go into some murky water as research hasn’t suggested a direct link between sermorelin and general sleep or improvements in sleep quality. The connection is more of an indirect one.

We know that sleep cycles are regulated by a neurochemical called orexin, produced in our brain. And when we sleep, healing and remodeling takes place, strongly associated with growth hormone secretion. And, in theory, sermorelin can affect growth that takes place during our sleep via increased growth hormone secretion.

There was one more study conducted on animals which showed that administration of both sermorelin and other HGH agonists causes a spike in orexin secretion, but there is still ongoing research trying to help us figure out exactly what’s going on here.

Sermorelin and Epilepsy

This is a relatively new finding but it showed some promising results when dealing with epilepsy.

Namely, Gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA) is a signaling molecule produced within the nervous system, responsible for reducing the electrical activity within the spinal cord and overall electrical excitability within the nervous system.

And most anti-seizure medications work to increase these levels of GABA or by binding to these GABA receptors directly.

What research has shown is that HGH analogues are also effective in preventing seizures in animals as they also activate these GABA receptors.

Like we said, this research is still relatively fresh and needs a lot of backing and research from the scientific community. But it has a promising start!

Sermorelin as Growth Hormone Secretagogue

At the beginning of this article, we talked about the desire the researchers have – to be able to boost growth hormone secretion but do it in a safe, controlled and side effect-free manner. This is why sermorelin is gaining so much popularity since numerous animal studies showed its effectiveness in boosting mass, bone growth as well as reducing adipose tissue.

Another benefit to using sermorelin as GH secretagogue is that it does not “allow” the animal body to become accustomed to it (compared to some other similar-type medication). This potentially allows sermorelin-based drugs to be administered over the longer time period.

Retatrutide

CAD $130.00CAD $250.00
Retatrutide, also known as LY3437943, is a glucagon-like peptide 1 agonist; what separates this peptide from the others is it also targets gastric inhibitory polypeptide receptor (GIPR) and glucagon receptors (GCGR), making it a triagonist. In the lab settings, Retatrutide mimics the natural glucagon and glucose production within the hepatocytes, while inducing lipolysis in the adipocytes.

Oxytocin 10mg

CAD $67.00
Oxytocin is a naturally occurring, cyclic nonapeptide which acts as a neurotransmitter in the brain. This naturally occurring peptide is vital in many functions concerning reproduction and birth, it’s the principal uterine-contracting and milk-ejecting hormone.   An interesting thing about Oxytocin is that it’s one of the few hormones that exhibit a positive feedback loop; in other words, the release of oxytocin kicks certain actions in motions, which promote even more oxytocin release. Tesamorelin

CAD $70.00CAD $125.00
Tesamorelin is a synthetic growth hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH) analog. It was based on the 44 amino acids sequence of GHRH and contains a trans-3 hexenoic group to protect it from enzymatic degradation. These modifications allow it to be more stable and have a longer half-life.   Just like Sermorelin, Ipamorelin or GHRP-2, Tesamorelin is considered a growth hormone secretagogue (GHS) which stimulates the secretion of GH and increases the level of insulin-like growth factor (IGF-1). The importance of IGF-1 is it tends to be lower in patients with obesity, diabetes and especially in those with lipodystrophy. References:

Semaglutide

CAD $105.00CAD $190.00
This is a synthetic peptide modeled after the naturally occurring hormone glucagon-like peptide-1 (GLP-1). GLP-1 is an incretin, a gut-derived peptide secreted in response to a meal, that regulates insulin secretion based on glucose levels in the blood. This GLP-1 agonist was developed specifically to have an extended half-life without losing potency. Since it falls under the category of glucagon-like peptide-1 receptor agonists, it acts to prompt the body to secrete more insulin and inhibit glucagon secretion. By allowing the body to secrete more insulin and inhibiting the secretion of glucagon, this joint effort brings blood glucose levels down.

AOD9604

CAD $50.00CAD $90.00
AOD9604 is a derivative of human growth hormone (hGH) and a modified version of the hGH fragment 176-191 peptide, incorporating a di-sulfide bridge. What’s exciting about this peptide is that it does not affect IGF-1 or insulin levels and is, therefore, not a risk in promoting glucose intolerance.

BPC 157 10mg

CAD $134.00
Body protection compound 157, or BPC-157, is an overall body protection compound fragment that’s 15 amino acids long, falling under the pentadecapeptide category. BPC-257 is derived from the gastric juice and, as such, is much more stable and, above all, resilient to the destructive enzymes commonly found in the gastric juice.   Research around BPC-157 showed its incredible cytoprotective properties, as it provides cell protection against gastric mucosal injury. Researchers believe this peptide plays an important role in the brain-gut axis and enables this communication between our central nervous and endocrine systems.     References:
